AT&T, a renowned telecommunications provider, uses its AT&T Rewards and Rebates program to provide customers with rewards such as cash, cards, or checks for purchasing products or services. If you are an AT&T subscriber looking to redeem for a reward, you should know that checking your balance is both quick and easy. Here’s how it’s done.
In order to be eligible to redeem for rewards through the AT&T Reward Center, you must meet some basic requirements. First, you must own or have access to a computer that is connected to the Internet. Second, you must be an AT&T customer. To put it simply, you must have purchased a product or service from AT&T at some point.
How to Check Your Balance
In order to check your AT&T Rewards balance, you must first log in to the Reward Center. Visit www.att.com/rewardsandrebates and select the appropriate category—AT&T Home Solutions for DIRECTV, Internet, and home phone customers, Wireless Devices for cell phone customers, or AT&T Refer-A-Friend if you referred a friend to AT&T.
Next, click on the appropriate link to check the status of your promotion card or mail-in rebate. For AT&T Home Solutions customers, the link will say “Activate/Check Balance,” whereas the Wireless Devices and Refer-A-Friend pages will contain links that read “Check status.”
You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter your Reward Card number. Type the number into the box and click “Continue” to proceed. Your card balance will appear.
After you check your balance, you will be given various menu options to manage your account. If you so choose, you may manage the contact information tied to the card or browse the various rewards that are available. If you have a sufficient balance to claim a reward, you simply choose your reward and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the redemption process. You may need to enter your contact information. After completing the redemption, your reward will arrive within four to six weeks.
